All services are tailored to a client's specific goals and hair properties. Thus, for new clients, a Consultation session is essential before service is given.

Salon Policies
A Consultation is required for an Installation service and for all transfer clients (locs not established by me).
No extra guest allowed including children unless they are getting a service.
Please be considerate and come on time - as a client late after 30mins without advance notice will result in the appointment being rescheduled without a refund of the deposit paid.
At least 24hours notice is required if one needs to cancel or reschedule.
A no show without prior notice will result in you being taken off the client list and denied further services.
This is important as some other client loses the opportunity to be serviced.
Please understand I currently operate on appointment basis only and so walk-ins are not allowed at the moment without a booking or prior communication.
No eating is allowed in the salon area while been given a service. Snacks can be allowed though.
